I have taught you many things in the last 11 letters and enjoyed your company and diligence to read them, but if you don't do the things I have taught you, whether because of shyness or excuses, you will not have any changes.

Knowledge alone doesn't get you results. It's just like Rice. The best food isn't Rice, it's cooked rice.
